الأوسمة والجوائز الأكاديمية

الاحتفال بالتميز الأكاديمي وإلهام الناجحين في المستقبل.

يُطبق نظام التكريم الأكاديمي على طلاب الصفوف من السابع إلى الثاني عشر. يُمنح الطلاب الذين يستوفون معايير قائمة الشرف جوائز أكاديمية خلال حفل توزيع الجوائز الذي يُقام في العام التالي في المدرسة. يُقدم أحد خريجي AMSI الجوائز ويخاطب الطلاب أملاً في إلهامهم حتى يتمكنوا هم أيضًا من إحداث فرق في حياة طلاب المستقبل.

لهذه العملية جانبان: أكاديمي وغير أكاديمي. يُكرّم الطلاب الذين يُظهرون إنجازات نموذجية في جميع المجالات ويُمنحون جوائز في أوقات مختلفة خلال العام الدراسي وطواله.

خلال الحفل، نُكرّم أيضًا مجموعة مختارة من الطلاب المتفوقين الذين بذلوا جهدًا إضافيًا ليكونوا استثنائيين، بمنح دراسية جزئية وتكريمات.

نستخدم نظام تكريم الجوائز التالي لتكريم إنجازات الطلاب:

AA: Final Annual Average
H: Honor
HH: High Honor
HRH: Higher Honor
HSH: Highest Honor

Students may inquire with the respective Head of Section for any questions concerning the academic awards.

Honor H

  • Average is ≥ 87% and less than 90% (G7-10 + G11-G12 with no AP courses)
  • Average is ≥ 86% and less than 89% (G11-12 with 1 AP course)
  • Average is ≥ 85% and less than 88% (G11-12 with 2 or more AP courses)
  • Conduct (Behavioral) points < 15 points
  • French may/may not be dropped
  • Grades under C- not allowed in all subjects

High Honor HH

  • Average is ≥ 90 % and less than 93% (G7-10 + G11-12 with no AP courses)
  • Average is ≥ 89% and less than 92% (G11-12 with 1 AP course)
  • Average is ≥ 88% and less than 91% (G11-12 with 2 or more AP courses)
  • Conduct (Behavioral) points < 15 points French may NOT be dropped
  • Grades under C- not allowed in all subjects

Higher Honor HRH

  • Average is ≥ 93% and less than 97% (G7-10 + G11-12 with no AP courses)
  • Average is ≥ 92% and less than 96% (G11-12 with 1 AP course)
  • Average is ≥ 91% and less than 95% (G11-12 with 2 or more AP courses)
  • Conduct (Behavioral) points < 15 points
  • French may NOT be dropped
  • Grades under C- not allowed in all subjects

Highest Honor HSH

  • Average is ≥ 97% or above (G7-10 +G11-12 with no AP courses)
  • Average is ≥ 96% or above (G11-12 with 1 AP course)
  • Average is ≥ 95% or above (G11-12 with 2 or more AP courses)
  • Conduct (Behavioral) points < 15 points
  • French may NOT be dropped
  • Grades under C not allowed in All subjects
