How we address bullying at Al Mawakeb
1. Report Received – Student, teacher, or parent submits a report.
2. Initial Investigation – School gathers information and evidence.
3. Intervention – Meeting with those involved + immediate consequences.
4. Counseling & Support – Restorative counseling sessions for all parties.
5. Follow-Up – Monitor for recurrence; disciplinary steps if behaviour continues.
